| Details: 8:00PM. This zany, unusual and S-C-A-R-Y event is running from Railway Street along Brock Street to Main Street and then just north to terminus at municipal parking lot. We ask that all route-lining businesses join the festivities. Some businesses will be offering hot chocolate and popcorn. We are arranging neon bracelets/necklaces and organizing the BIA float which is turning into a FRIGHTFUL AFFAIR with SPOOKY music. Join in the festivities! Email or call with your questions.
